Terms of Business

An order placed with The Printroom assumes acceptance of these terms of business. line

Prices

All prices quoted exclude VAT and postage and packing.
All dishonoured cheques will be liable for a £25.00 service charge.

Colour Matching

A sample must be sent at the time of ordering if accurate colour matching is required. Otherwise our technicians will print what they think best for your image.

We undertake work on the customer’s behalf on the understanding that they have full legal title to any copyrights involved.

Liability

All work is undertaken on the basis that their value does not exceed the current reatil cost of the material itself.
The Printroom’s liability for loss or damage, however caused, will be limited to the replacement of the material and no other liability will be accepted. No claim for consequential loss will be considered, however arising.

Accounts

For customers who have accounts. They must be cleared within 28 days from the date of invoice. Interest will be charged at 5% above Natwest Bank PLC base rate per month on monies outstanding.

Service Times

Although we make every attempt to meet these as stated, sometimes due to the quantity of work that may arrive at the same time, these can vary at busy times of the year. ‘In Lab’ times excludes postage times to and from us.
