Digital printing is now classified as two distinct groups and as such it is important that you understand how we treat each group.
Lab Assisted
Means that WE will adjust colour balance and the density of your files and produce prints within the constraints of the original digital file. This is the same as the way we deal with conventional Negative based systems and we endeavour to keep your preferences of tonality.
Unassisted
Means that YOU are responsible for colour balance, density, saturation and the cropping of your images - we simply load and print the files as supplied without any intervention. Naturally this is reflected in our prices for this service. Should you request any intervention we will charge as per the assisted service guide. An ICC profile to help you calibrate to our machine is freely available and we are happy to give you advice on how to set up your system so you get the results that you want.
